Collection
Collection is the 2nd and most important part of your practice. Our company insures that all bills are collected promptly and fast. Collection is done weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly depending on the type and size of the practice. We are proud to say that we have an average 3% of all date of service that are in collections monthly. There will always be collection in any practice, and if no one puts aggressive effort to collect those outstanding bills that collection % will be keep growing every month and will be accumulating to hundreds of thousands.
